Learn to let go of pain, blame and anger by rebuilding through forgiveness.
Too many of us are walking around with smiling faces, but crying hearts. Haunted by memories of a situation that occurred in the past, these thoughts possess us and imprison us as a victim of circumstance. As a result we end up perpetuating negative life patterns which can affect our ability to trust and even love.
Forgiveness is letting go and building the confidence necessary to experience healthy and positive growth. It is declaring that you will no longer remain locked in the past as a victim of circumstances; that you will no longer perpetuate negative life-patterns through blame and anger
Led by one of our resident monks who has a wealth of experience, Janakinath das, who himself has had to battle with cancer with all of it’s associated internal conflict, this seminar will teach you how to unwrap the gift of forgiveness by which you can let go of painful thoughts and memories that stop you from becoming the person you want to be. The seminar will dissect the psychology of forgiveness from both a mental and spiritual point of view, allowing greater understanding of what life is trying to teach us.
