Dealing with Guilt (with Mahatma Prabhu)

 

The College of Vedic Studies is honoured to host His Grace Mahatma Prabhu, an amazing teacher who inspires thousands to transform their lives through his words of wisdom. Mahatma Prabhu specialises in transformational workshops and seminars, helping people to learn how to deal with and overcome many internal issues that have been eating away at them.

 

In dealing with guilt, Mahatma Prabhu will expertly take us on a journey to overcome what the the heart cannot seem to forget, and the mind keeps replaying. The workshop will discuss why we feel guilty, what that guilt indicates, and how if guilt is understood and dealt with properly it can enable one to grow as a person.

 

Mahatama Prabhu will also tackle the themes of self confidence, self-esteem, forgiveness, self-love including learning to take care of one’s own physical, emotional and spiritual needs.
