Learn Yoga and Meditation

A three hour workshop designed to teach you how to practice yoga and meditation. Suitable for beginners as well as anyone who wants a refresher.

Taught by Janakinath das, a monk who learned yoga from India and recently overcame his battle with cancer, in this special workshop he will also teach the the philosophy of yoga, explore the way the mind works and how living a yoga centered life can alleviate many of the problems we face in life, both physical and mental.
