This seminar will journey into the theoretical benefits of mindfulness, before teaching attendees how to practice mindfulness in a practical and easy way, results of which will be immediately tangible.
The session is facilitated by Rangadevi, a yoga teacher and physiotherapist who specialises in pain management, using yoga and mindfulness to assist patients experiencing persistent pain, as well as anxiety, depression and chronic fatigue. Her journey in life as a practitioner of bhakti yoga has led to a practical approach that synthesises mental and physical well being along with an awareness of our soulful nature. In her spare time Ranga can be found writing, exploring the outdoors, enjoying time with friends and family, meditating and practicing yoga. She brings her genuine presence to the courses she teaches.
