It is becoming more and more evident that by making simple changes to one’s daily habits we can improve our health, wellbeing and prevent disease.
In this workshop Anuja will be discussing how you can make changes to 5 key areas of your life. She will be speaking from her knowledge combining Ayurveda, Functional Medicine as well as Yoga.
We are constantly being bombarded with health tips and it can be very overwhelming to know what to follow. As she combines her knowledge in traditional and modern medicine she will support her claims with modern scientific papers.
The session will be a brief introduction to this vast topic. Each section would require a day in itself. She will however ensure that you leave with tips that will be helpful and ones you can implement immediately.
The session will cover
1. Diet – is it important? What can you change to improve it? How should you be eating to prevent disease?
2. Exercise – what is the best way to Exercise? How can you improve your health?
