This workshop facilitated by Pranita Salunke will give you the tools required to develop a healthy mind and a strong body.
During the 90 minute workshop Pranita will take you through various postures designed to improve your core strength, pranayamas to help boost your immunity, and visualisations to assist with relaxation and bringing peace to the mind. This holistic combination will allow you to perform at your best.

About the teacher:
Pranita Salunke has been a practicing Occupational Therapist since 2001, and
specialises in preventative cardiology, obtaining her advanced masters training from
Imperial College. She has an immense love of ancient Indian practices such as yoga,
meditation and Ayurveda which she integrates into her practice to give people a
complete mind body and spirit transformation.
