Last year may have been chaotic, stressful, unhealthy and lacked any time for yourself to introspect. Why not start 2017 the right way by being kind to yourself? The yoga detox session will allow you to learn the art of balancing the body, mind and spirit, experiencing satisfaction and rejuvenation within the battlefield called life.
Despite being cooped up indoors, one can be just as active by practicing the natural art of yoga. Yoga allows us to settle the body and mind, offering greater internal peace and well being. Facilitated by our professional teacher Reshma, this 75 minute session will enable you to explore a number of breathing exercises and yoga positions that you can use yourself and teach others to reduce stress, improve circulation and restore harmony to the body.
Course Date: Sunday 29th January 2017 (Wear loose clothing, bring your own yoga mat if you have otherwise we have spare ones)
