Restorative Yoga

Step away from the frenetic activity of daily life and learn the art of going inward. Among many things, restorative yoga can give you a sense of peace and calm in a busy world. It is a practice that utilises several postures which allows a deep level of relaxation, leading the student toward a more healing and recuperative experience.

Restorative yoga ushers in a host of wonderful benefits, allowing you to soothe the nervous system, develop mindfulness, and deepen self-awareness and introspection. Whether you are brand new to the concept of yoga or a seasoned expert, our amazing teacher Reshma will take you through the art of learning to balance the body, mind and spirit.
