As the saying goes – “You are what you eat” This seminar will give you one of the most insightful glances of what that really means.
We are usually conscious of the nutritional content of the food we eat however there is more to food than just the nutritional content. Through this seminar you’ll get to know about very important aspects of food and its connection to our mental state, our desires, our karma, our health and family relationships. Intrigued?
We will draw from texts and sciences from eastern wisdom – The Bhagavad Gita and The Indian Lifestyle and Medicine Science of Ayurveda.

She is a Gold Star Award Winning Employee at Microsoft, Founder of Bhakti Women and Build Worthy Organizations. She has imparted over 700 hours of training to various crowds and about 2500 people.
