Come along to learn Ayurvedic Cooking from an expert, Radha Vallabha, who has over 22 years of experience and is the founder of yogi-plate.
This session will be hands on so you see demonstrations of cooking and try some recipes out yourself! You’ll learn how to design your own Ayurvedic diet & have ample time for any questions to be answered.

Ayurvedic Cooking (Ekadashi Special) – Understanding the principles of fasting
